Sir,
In compliance with a Dispatch received from Lord Bathurst, I am directed to have the honor to acquaint you, that the Governor is ready to make to you a Grant of the whole of the District supposed to consist of Ten thousand seven hundred (10,700) acres, bounded on the North by the Nepean, on the West by Mount Hunter X, on the South by Brisbane & on the East by West Camden, reserving however for public purposes a tract enclosing all the Paddocks around Cawdor, & another of Six Hundred acres, being the land hitherto set apart for a church & school, on your
