FRIDAY - 22ND JANUARY 15:
The Troops who returned per S.S. "Eastern" again presented themselves at Barracks this morning, and received final payment up to and including 18/1/15, being the date of discharge as shown on Discharge Certificate.
Colonel Holmes had an interview with the General Manager of the Commonwealth Bank, relative to Canteen Accounts at Rabaul.
The funeral of the late Private Hall took place this afternoon; 1 Corporal and 5 Men of the Expeditionary Force attended and acted as pall bearers.
