to prevent the tenant from selling without an inqury to them. The Barry Property was more in Sydney and Newtown & Marrickville. Sir if you look in the Fremans Journal Febuary 26th 1881 you will see where a Mr George Altherden who says he was over 40 years in the employment of Campbell & Co and makes a will without saying how became by the Estate and leaves this amount £460/ to each of three institutions how I am to contend with such people I know not. I possitavely claim the whole of the Estate except should there be a grantee unsold I found one lately William Warby of Melbourne I have written to him as yet I have no account can you kindly advice me what I am to do.
