Sir

We are in receipt of your communication of the 27th Ult in which you state that you have enclosed a copy of a portion of a letter received from the Messrs Macarthur respecting the grazing capabilities and the boundaries of the Nangus Run as no such paper was enclosed in your letter we apprehend the omission has been accidentally made. 

With all due deference to your suggestion of settling the boundaries between Wantabudgery and Nangus by Arbitration we feel bound to maintain that the case is not one for arbitration but stands upon a purely legal and indefeasible right.
