of about five percent additional was made for Roads, Swamps and unprofitable Land making the deficiency Seven hundred and twelve Acres. (712)

Under these circumstances, His Excellency has been pleased to order, with the advice of the Council, that the Land as originally measured to Mr Macarthur of which he now appears to be in possession shall be confirmed - of which the Surveyor General has been duly appraised.
