wool. his Lordship cannot but consider that the terms of the agreement are satisfactorily complied with, and has therefore directed Sir Thomas Brisbane to grant an additional five thousand acres adjoining if possible to the original grant at the Cow Pastures, & in the event of any of the land adjoining being already occupied, that it should be made as near as possible, in order that if any private arrangement can be effected by Mr Mac Arthur, for an exchange of the land so granted, he may be enabled to accomplish the desirable object of having a Tract of Country for preserving his flocks in their present state of purity and of perfection, without incurring the risk of
