Acres, embracing the Spring of Water which is situated in the one hundred and thirty four Acres which he selected last year, will be sufficient, and which situation he considers preferable to that fixed on at the period alluded to.
I am further directed to inform you that the Surveyor General will be directed to measure off twenty Acres of Land in the situation as pointed out by the Archdeacon, and that the Buildings &c at Cawdor will be valued according to Earl Bathurst's Instructions, in order that the matter may be finally closed.
