Sir

I am honored with His Excellency's Commands to request, that the enclosed presents, binding you to Myself, in the Penal Sum af Ten Thousand Pounds, to secure the Payment of Certain Valuations, and to recovery to the King, if necessary, a Certain portion of Two Grants of Land; May be forthwith executed by You, and returned duly witnessed, at Your earliest Convenience.
