Colonial Secretary's Office,
13th October 1825

Sir,

I have the honor of acquainting you that I hold in my possession two Grants of Land in your favour & deliverable to you on your executing a Bond to the Colonial Treasurer in the penal Sum of ten thousand pounds to secure the payment of the amount of certain valuations and to recovery if necessary a certain portion of those Lands to the King.
