Sir,

I beg leave to assure Your Excellency that I very cheerfully acquiesce in your desire to retain for the use of Government during the period of one year, the buildings, yards, Tannery and Paddocks, which are now erected or enclosed, on the Estate commonly known by the name of Cawdor.
