Sir,
I have the pleasure to acquaint You that arrangements are in active progress for removing the Government Herd from all the open land of the Cowpastures. You can accordingly enter with your flocks, I am directed by the Governor to inform You, upon its immediate possession; reserving however for the Crown a space around the tannery equal to double its area.
