except the reserved township of Sixteen Hundred acres, I am induced to request, that you will be pleased to direct, that the 5000 acres, ordered by Lord Bathurst, be measured for me, to the westward of the proposed township:- taking the Nepean River for the North, & Mount Hunter Creek for the Western boundary of my estate.
