Gentlemen,
 

I have to acknowledge the receipt of your Memorial dated the 10th. of last month, which hurry and a press of Public business have prevented my answering sooner. ---

Having every desire to promote your views in life, and more especially your Agricultural and Grazing Pursuits in this your Native Soil, and to which useful Pursuits you state it is your intention to devote yourselves; I beg now to acquaint you that I shall have great pleasure in extending to each of you the following Indulgencies as New Settlers: -- Vizt. 

Each to receive a grant of One Thousand
