My Dear Sir William
I yesterday received your esteemed letter of [12th?] Feby informing me that you were sending a few specimens of your Wines for the International Exhibition.
I always keep a few kinds Australian Wines in my cellar as no one from New South Wales was going to exhibit I had a small  space kept for myself along side South Australia & close to where I hope Victoria will also exhibit -  Nearly all the exhibitors are believed [indecipherable] especially France - The opening of the Wine Exhibition is to be delayed
