Dear Sir
Your favour of yesterday's date I now have the pleasure to reply thereto.
With reference to that part of the Clod Crusher Numbered 25.  It was forwarded to Liverpool to the Care of Messrs Macarthur & Co on the 15th Inst. with a duplicate list same as the one sent to you.  The package consisted of two pieces of [Iron?] tied together.  I also herewith forwarded you a copy of the Claim on the Owners of the "Newton" for the 2 [Drums?] Stove in. the Empty Drums are in the Store  The above claim has been settled & your account duly Credited.  The price of the [Candles?] is 1/4 p.lb. [indecipherable]

I hope Messrs Macarthur have found the the package No. 25  I have seen this afternoon the Mr Gibson
