Dear Sirs
In writing to you about the end of May, we requested you send us a few Hogsheads of your White Wine, along with some vine cuttings which we wanted for Shipment. We have duly received the cuttings but the wine has not come, and we are entirely run out of it. We will therefore thank you to send us three or four Hogsheads as soon as possible; We need not recommend you to select the best you have now ready for use, as you are aware we sell it as Camden Wine, and endeavour to establish its character as a good and wholesome wine. We should like to try some of your riesling if you have any to spare.
When either of you comes to Sydney, if you will call at our office, we will settle the amount due by us for the wine & plants already received;
We remain, Dear Sirs, Very faithfully yours
Joubert & Murphy
