the condition of the wine requires you to use - the main thing to observe in all fining is never to let the heat of the Isinglass - (in solution) - rise above 70º Farenheit - if you make up a quantity of finings with the acid first & then with acid wine it will keep well and be ready for use when you want it - we make ours up for [indecipherable] 2 or 3 months before using it -
