[December 6, 1918]

After Breakfast we got dressed ready to be married.  We walked about 500 yds to the Church at Braconash [also spelt Bracon Ash] & were married about 10.30 AM.  After dinner about 1.20 PM we left for the station & caught the train to Norwich & from there we booked to Petersborough, got there about 6 PM & booked a [indecipherable] room at the hotel, we did not feel inclined to go for a walk after Supper, as it is very cold & very dark.
