Letters from A. Harvey & G.TurnbullĀ
Wrote to A. Harvey & G. Turnbull

It is a nice morning & we spent a little time mending the line to Bde. I went through some houses & there is Piano's & everything you can mention except anything to eat, some of the finest clocks I have ever seen & in good order to. I commenced to bury a dead Tommy this evening but I had to leave on account of the ration limber coming & I had to carry some rations. On the lines this evening & Fritz was putting a few shells over just sufficient to make us wish we were somewhere else. The church in this village is laid pretty well on the ground.
