Early rise & I bid Aunt good-bye & Beatty & John & me rode along to the Broomhill station & I left by the 8.5 AM. I left at Newcastle about dinner time & got to Kilmarnock about 4.30 & went to the YMCA for boarding, & they sent me to a Mrs McCabe. Saw some of my friends & we went to the Picture, met quite a few Old friends.
