[July 22, 1918]

Letter from A.H.
Wrote to D.Cormack.

We had nothing special to do this morning, only a nice swim.
After tea I walked about 4 Kilo's in search of the Brother & found their transport but could not get news of him.
Returned home & had a swim.
I forgot this morning we attended the 4th Div race meeting at Allonville. We had a lovely day & only 2 or 3 men got killed which partly spoiled our day. We had a real fine warm day.
