Letters from A.H. & J.F & Wilbur
Wrote 29 to AH & J.F.

About 8.30 AM Mac and Me felt [left] here for Gézaincourt with Allans cross, it is about 38 Kilo's from here, we went via Amiens & along the main Amiens - Doullens road, we got a lot of rides on motor transports, arriving there about 1 PM, after we erected his cross we left for Home again. His cross looks well when it is up, perhaps because there is very few in the cemetary as good as his. We got back to Beauval & had dinner, we noticed some house there that had been destroyed with bombs only a few nights ago. There is a lot of U.S.A. Boys around here. Got home about 6 PM very tired & spent the evening reading & writing
