not quite recognize who it was with the mostache at first. Its growing some, but am taking it off as soon as it is long enough to have my photo taken.
I have had a couple of trips into Cairo & also into Heliopolis & they are fine places in some respects, The slums are filthy but the buildings are wonderful. There is one which was built originally as a Casino, but which is being used as a hospital. There are one thousand rooms in it. All the buildings are of white stone. I will send you some views later on & you will see then that the buildings nearly come up to Sydney. This is Saturday & most of the boys are away sight seeing, but as it is the last day for this mail I stopped behind & as I did not have an opportunity of writing earlier.
