4.  & will live happily.  (Take note of this lot.)  I am to beware of a fair young lady, who may cause trouble.  Let me know if you hear of her.  She said I had an acquaintance who was dark, whom pretended to be a friend & who all the time was trying to do me a harm.  The reason is because I had got something which he considered he was more entitled to.  This I think is right, as there is a certain person here who I know, expected to get the rise which I did.  She quelled my fears? by telling me that he would not succeed in doing me any harm.  I am to hear of a wedding of a close friend & she either said that I had lost a near relative or was going to lose one.
