6.  remember.  It swelled up & went black & the Doc said I had water on the knee, & I had twisted the sinews.  It was fairly painful for a few days, but is pretty right now.  Its very strange, the way one meets previous acquaintances at different times.  The chap who brought me down turned out to be a S. Sydney first grader, whom I played against the season before last.  He came over afterwards & asked me if I was the N. Syd, Gordon player & then he told me that there were only about three of their chaps left behind.
