My Dear Nell,
I am just writing a few lines as there is a rumour about that we may touch port again shortly. You will get two letters together as the other was not posted when I expected it to be. The weather is getting red hot now, you blister where you sit.
I cannot concentrate my mind on this as MacD. is in the depth of an argument and I cannot help but chip in. You know what that means with me. Things on board have been far brighter of late. We have had sports for the last week, practically every day. The obsticale race was very funny (for those looking on). There is very little to tell you now Nell as, apart from the sports things are much the same daily. Arthur & the rest of us are first class. The novelty of the trip has worn off and all that I wish for now, is to get over there, and get amongst them. I think we all
