4.  we get whips of rumours & take very little notice of them.  Should it come off Nell, you can bet I'll have a jolly good time, & if its possible I'm going to go up north.  The piece about the daily routine of a soldiers life was taken from Tit-Bits, not too bad, is it?  Glad to hear that you had such a good day on the King's Birthday, but am sorry you found the pictures a bit off.  Surely there must have been something wrong with you, when you found the comics silly, & the sentimentals mad.  Was it because Madge M. took up all of Harry I's time? or was there something else amiss?  You appear to have plenty to do at the office, how do you like it? is it better than the Pop Shop.  What has happened to the camera lately? has it been given the go-by.  I would like one of Arch in his new rig out, tell him, & any others he has taken.  Did Mum persuade Mother to go to Crudens yet?  tell her when you see her that I said it was up to her to go, & send me one.  I got that mail you spoke of, the other day, but Will's guess was
