& the dog did the pulling.  He pulled so hard, that the man had to run all the time.  The kiddies here, are real characters, & most of them can speak English as well as we do.  As a matter of fact better, as they do not add the adjectives to it.  This is about the end this time, Nell, as I want to get a mail, that is if they will send it.  When we get paid I intend to cable you, if they will allow it.  Have not had a letter from anyone now for three, or four weeks & goodness knows when we will, I do not even know how Mother is yet, & of course, am anxiously waiting for news.  Will write you on the earliest occassion possible.  Give my love to Mum, & Jen, not forgetting the rest of the family.  The Best of Love, you can possibly, imagine, for yourself from
