My dear Sir William,
Allow me to congratulate you on the kind expression of public feeling at the Picnic given to Capt. & Mrs. Onslow in honour of the McArthur Family and to yourself as the representative of that historical name. Allow me also to congratulate you on the sale of a portion of the Camden Estate, which I have no doubt will be a pecuniary gain, and a great saving of trouble in the management
