are to divide their blocks each having about 250 square miles.  Govett has is desirous to sell half of his interest, he offered it to me for £2000 £1000, he is without capital and is I believe a steady respectable man, but unless he can meet with some one to buy it, it must fall into the hands of Harding & Manning, and he has only a few weeks to make his terms.  I asked Govett if he would sell his whole interest taking a salary, but he hopes to meet with a managed pasturer.  Pray receive this in confidence.  I mention it merely to shew you whence good country lies.  If I was going to take up country in queens land, I would buy a flock of Ewes, and drive them out
