I shall be glad to hear from you soon.  May I ask whether you heard any thing of my "case against the Queen".  I believe if the Govt. delay any further action, that is if they do not reopen it this term, that it will not be competent for them to do so later, so I hope the case may die a natural death, and leave me in the quiet occupation of the runs.  It may therefore be as well to avoid saying thing about it to the Govt. officials only if you met Sir Wm. Manning and had an opportunity you might broach the subject to him confidentially
