[Page 303]

He is now with his brother Finley on a visit to their stations on the Darling.  My second daughter returned from England a few months ago with her husband & family and my youngest son Donald is still at Oxford.  My grandchildren number 21 now, and are all well and healthy.

I still hold my stations but am so disgusted with the disagreeable feeling of insecurity of tenure, and dread of selection that I am much disposed to sell out what have been profitable investments;  thanks to good seasons and good prices.

I beg to be kindly remembered to Mrs. Macarthur & Mrs. Onslow &c, and I remain,

Very sincerely yours

W. Campbell

A few lines from you will be thankfully received.
