nearly.  Vegetation has long since ceased, and the old grass has in many places entirely dissappeared.  Large numbers of stock have had to be removed to the high lands.  In the older stations on the plains where the salt and cotton Bushes, and other shrubs have been extirpated the stock are suffering much more than they are on a new country where these plants still prevail.  Of course the runs that are heavily stocked suffer the most.  I am glad to say that on my station "Willurah" the back blocks I am not suffering much, and I hope to weather
