A great proportion of the crops in Victoria have been in the same way destroyed by rust, & many in fact most of the farmers are ruined, and the Board of Agriculture has recommended the Government to assist in procuring seed wheat.

The Railway Station at Camden brings you so near Sydney, that I question whether the breeding of lambs for the Sydney Market wd. not be more profitable than the Dairy.  It wd. certainly be better than applying it to the fattening of wethers, as than wd. be the lamb and the fleece of the Ewe to look to, and there wd only be the profit between the price paid for the store wether and the price realized for it fat, less
