My dear Mr. Macarthur,

Having been up the country last week I missed the last mail, otherwise I should have written to say that Mr. Egerton could come on here at any time most convenient for himself.  I intend visiting my Murrimbidgee station "Willurah" in the course of a week, and shall probably not return to Melbourne within the next 3 weeks, but Mrs. Campbell will be glad to see Mr. Egerton here where he can stay till I return, so that he better study his own most convenient time.  We intend sending my second son home by the next
