of a new race I would be sorry to be an obstacle in the way though I think it would not meet with your Uncles approval.  One thing would result, viz:  the flock would be no longer the "Camden Merinos".

I am truly sorry to hear that dear Sir Williams memory has failed him so much, and sorry to hear that you have lost your voice, but I hope that is only temporary.  I wrote a long letter to Sir Wm. soon after my arrival here giving him an account of my journey through America, I have no doubt you have seen it.  Since I visited Bromley Common I saw the death of your Uncle Mr.
