P.S. I find that I have not sufficient time to get the letter of credit made out to save the post. However I have arranged that the Manager of the Bank of Victoria has added a postscript to his letter which he was just closing, to authorise me to draw upon the Commercial Banking Coy of Sydney to the amount of £6,700, and that in my absence that it should be held at the disposal of Sir William Macarthur.
