boomerang. [diagram of stone formation in shape of boomerang] They are water worn & on the end nearest the creek, is a very big round stone, 2 feet or more in diameter, they are in a sandy loam soil, & a channel about 2 feet wide had washed one out, it is egg shaped & a spring scale that would weigh 30lbs would not quite weigh it. ? ? all but the big one appear to be about the same size 35 to 40 lbs in weight.

There are two abo theories about how they got there.

One is that many many years ago there was an immense ABO, with a hollow below his chest, & that he must have carried the big stone (bet he rolled it) & that the other abos carried the smaller stones, from the very stony creek, where the water would be more or rapids for a long way.
