run in that race as a 4 year old. Some of us bred horses good enough to win in good company in Brisbane. Mine were WANINNIE (ALBION CUP) LOBOMIMMIE (£1000 & £500) DARCINNIE, CUMIMMIE, all out of COCOA. BARIMORNIE won PARK HANDICAP 12 times. CARNINNIE, DEROINE BOMBOYNE. RG BARTON bred FRIMGELLA & A.H.G. MACDONALD bred MOONSHINE, MANTIS, THE SPOILER, CHRYSOLIS & others.
Alphabetically the riders with more wins were E. ALFORD, W. BLOMFIELD, C. CASWELL, C. COLLINS, R. MACDONALD, J. MCCOWAN. Fancy my wins were ahead of Alford's at Tavean?, & with about 10 wins at PCARC was easily ahead, but Alford a lightweight, probably rode more winners than all of us put together, up on the DAWSON. In my opinion CHARLIE COLLINS was the best rider of the lot, but CLIVE CASWELL rode a great finish, & was a great horseman on a cattle camp. At least an old ?, said he was the best he ever saw on a camp
