They were living in the church which was on higher ground than the homestead.

Warra was the next place remembered, as it was the first time we had seen BLACK POLLED cattle, & were wondering if they had black tongues, they had. Bunda being black, declared that one cow winked at him, as she put her tongue out.

It was somewhere about here, that we saw some cattle quite a distance away, that looked to me like WARRO (next station to MIRIAM VALE) cattle so rode across to have a look, & sure enough they were branded FB2
