she is a present doing.  To sell the house, I think would be unwise unless it is absolutely necessary as then it takes away that which must be occupying a good deal of the Mater's thoughts, but it's rather cheek on my part to throw out such suggestions as you know far better than I what is most advisable.  I also know how sound and thoughtful in detail you are in these matters and I am quite sure that nothing you do is done without considering the position from all points.
Furthermore I know full well that you will consider the Mater before anything else so please pardon my remarks if they appear presumptuous.
