In answer to your next remark, Pater, Im glad to say that the Boy & myself are both in tip top health and spirits. We are still out at rest whilst the Circus reorganises & re-equips after half a year of incessant strenuous business. We are having a fair time too - football matches, sports meetings, concerts, &c &c. Yesterday we had a cross country race over 3 miles, about 220 starters, and young Syd ran well up. I did not run myself as I was one of the officials. (At least that's one reason - the other being that Im too fat!)
As you mention, it is "our turn" now. There's still a lot to do but it's being done now in fine style.
Well Pater you'll wonder, when you get this, why the devil I havent started for home yet. Well, to tell the truth, I found out suddenly the other
