21/10/16 (Saty) Another fortnight of routine camp life & I have another break. This morning I left camp with a pass in my pocket immediately after breakfast, & taking a taxi, was soon in the train at Amesbury on the way to Salisbury where I changed for a Bristol bound train. At first the train travelled through flat and then through hilly wooded country past Codford & then grass clad country opening out to more distant hills.
