14 & 15/6/16 We resume our idle tactics.
16/6/16 HMS Kent arrive, a middy comes aboard with despatches and presently things begin to happen. The last stores are taken aboard and the last letters given overboard to be posted. Presently one ship and then another begins to weigh anchor & move off following our protector the light cruiser HMS Kent. First the Beltana , then the Benalla & the Marathon followed by our own Argyllshire last but not least, in fact biggest and best.
