my way back to more open streets & felt relieved withal as I was beginning to realize I might easily get lost. In this I think one with a poorer sense of direction might never have extricated himself from the maze. Then returning to the tram I was soon back in Bournemouth. This time I really did get lost a bit finding the garage, in the absolute darkness of a strange city. However once put right we were soon together again speeding homeward arriving in camp about midnight. The next morning I was up as early as usual again & was able to look back upon
