There have been plenty of letters sent to "Andy Fisher" in London but no reply has been heard of.
I have just come back from the rifle range since breakfast time & I have all kinds of aches as we have been lying in the snow blazing away at the targets & during the four days I have not yet marked the targets & I'm going too, as the glare of the snow in front of the targets dims the eyes.
Have had four days leave and did'nt have too good a time considering, but all the same I wished I had stopped another week as I went to Birmingham & I went to two big munition factories & saw the famous "tanks" being put together & they told me that they are being made twice the weight & the G.W. Railway had to have special trucks built to cart them down to be transhipped to France & Russia.
