I might add that both the displays were simply great & it made one feel proud of the Division. We now heard that we were going up North again & we were very pleased indeed as we all wanted to see our old friends again. So on July 16th Scotty & I both went to have our last look at Amiens, little did we think that the next time we saw the place it would be within the range of Fritzs guns. We spent our usual good day in Town & on July 17th we started on a route to Corbie & we quite enjoyed our march the boys were in great form & the weather was good. We went through Corbie & across the Somme by pontoon bridges then we sat down & had a rest & a bathe in the
