I'll bet the poor old kiddie does not feel inclined for her dinner today, but after the first few days she will be flying all over the ship.

We found there was lots of musical talent on board amongst the "digs" even a military brass band.  I returned to Birmingham from Liverpool by the 10 p.m. train and arrived here at three oclock this morning.

I met several people I knew, and they all promised to take care of Joss.  She was very brave right up to the time of parting.  It was good to see her darling face, it looked so wistful
