always get Yours & my own brekker I should be granted that wonderful privilege of bringing it up to your little bed or big bed which ever you fancied. If I am to get my brekker why not my dinner at night. I should be happier always to think that you had pleased yourself in all things for it is to keep you happy & free to do as You like. to be repaid by a kind smile & a gentle thankyou. You try to be good to me Harry that I desire so much to have you with me. I should not not mind you locking your door I should not fear the burglars stealing your pretty things but seriously I am strong & settled enough in my convictions that I could accustom myself to your ways that I fear no thing for neither you nor myself and if any little ones should come along we could have a mushy maid & I should love them & care for them when their mother was unwell or was busy with Her studies etc. I should not be loney if there was a miniature Marie to nurse & fondle with whom I should play sweethearts.
I freely understand the [indecipherable] that has taken possession of your mind. You were unable to do many things on account of the war. You are wrapped up in your pretty verses & story writing & during the war to be unfortunate [indecipherable] demanded such things as He fell fighting or He died in lone desert land, Epitaphs one might say or such rot as God send you back to me or Till we meet again. This latter one is the nightmare & daymare of my existance.
