and more important "signs of the times", cause us to believe the end not very far distant. I sarsely know, Harry, how we shall act once she is laid to rest eternal. We have it in mind to build on our land at "Sulby" and settle there, or we might just take a trip out to Aussie. Of course if we came to Aussie then it would be for but a trip - unless father fancied some certain part, and chose to settle there till death. On the other hand... If it should so happen I decided to marry - which up to the present I have not - I expect father would buy a house near to where I was domeciled - and so things would be settled permanently... But I am not thinking of marrying... In fact, it will require the old ladys death to decide all and everything.
The world is very beautiful here just now. The weather is almost summer-like... and taking it all round, the poor old English climate, seasons, and all else grow dearer to us all with the passing of time - despite strikes and rebellion, wars and rumours of wars.
